Privacy Policy
How your information is used, protected and managed.
Last updated: September 19, 2026
This policy explains how CODE BLUEPRINT, LLC (“Code Blueprint,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information through codeblueprint.co, our client portal at /hosting/, and our website, hosting, care and automation services.
Information we collect
- Inquiries and project work: your name, email, phone number, business and website details, messages, files and information you choose to provide.
- Client accounts and billing: contact and billing details, purchased services, domain information, invoices, payment status and transaction references. Payment providers process payment details; our business records may include payment-method identifiers and limited details such as the card’s last four digits.
- Service access: website accounts, access credentials, configuration, logs and content needed to perform authorized work. Please use the secure sharing method we agree on rather than sending passwords through a general inquiry form.
- Site activity: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referral sources and security events recorded in ordinary website and service logs.
How we use and share information
We use information to answer inquiries, quote and deliver work, manage accounts and payments, register or renew domains, provide support, protect systems, maintain business records and improve our services.
We use service providers where needed for these tasks. These include website hosting and security providers; WHMCS for the client portal; Stripe for payments; Intuit QuickBooks for accounting; Google Workspace for communication; and tools such as Make, Trello and OpenAI for authorized workflow, project and AI-assisted work. The tools involved depend on the service. Providers handle information under their applicable terms and our account settings.
For domain services, required registration details are supplied to the registrar and registry. Disclosure or publication of those details depends on registry rules, applicable law and available privacy protections.
We do not sell client contact lists. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are disabled on this website, and we do not use advertising or behavioral analytics trackers on its public pages.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, resolve disputes, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
AI-assisted work and client data
We use AI tools to assist with tasks such as content preparation, development, troubleshooting and internal administration. Relevant project information may be processed by those tools. AI output can contain errors and requires appropriate review. We do not promise that every provider has the same retention or model-training settings; any project-specific restrictions should be agreed before sensitive information is supplied.
When we host or work on a client’s website or business system, we may handle that client’s customer data on their instructions. The client remains responsible for its own privacy notices, permissions and lawful use of that data. Requests about a client’s customer records should normally go to that client; we assist where appropriate under our agreement.
Cookies and essential site functions
Our website and client portal use cookies where needed for functions such as client login, session management, checkout and security. These functions may use a session identifier even when it does not contain your name.
We do not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies on the public website, so we do not display a cookie consent banner. You can clear or block cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies may prevent login or checkout from working.
The /hosting/ client portal handles account and purchase functions. Payment providers and external websites you choose to visit have their own privacy notices and controls. If we introduce optional tracking in the future, we will update this notice and provide the choices required for that use.
Retention, security and international access
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver services, maintain accounting and tax records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect the business. The period depends on the information and purpose. Copies in backups or provider systems may remain until their normal retention cycles expire.
We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no website, transmission or storage system is completely secure. Information may be stored or accessed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Applicable transfer safeguards depend on the service and law.
Your choices and requests
Contact marvin@codeblueprint.co to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or opting out of certain sharing. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required for legitimate business or legal reasons. Where applicable, you may complain to your privacy regulator.
You can update available account details in the client portal. If you receive marketing emails, use their unsubscribe option or contact us. Necessary service and billing messages may still be sent.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, our purposes may rely on your consent, steps to enter or perform a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as security and business administration, subject to your rights.
Children, links and changes
These business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through this site. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information. Separate product-specific notices, where provided, govern those products.
Links to other websites do not make us responsible for their practices. We update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above; where required, we provide additional notice or request consent. Privacy questions: marvin@codeblueprint.co.
Internal accounting integration — Arlo
Effective September 8, 2026. This section applies to the internal QuickBooks Online integration operated by CODE BLUEPRINT, LLC, called “Arlo – Code Blueprint Account.” It supplements the website policy above and controls where the two differ for QuickBooks data. The integration is for our own business operations; it is not offered as an accounting service to customers.
Data and purpose
When an authorized company administrator connects QuickBooks, the integration may access company information, accounts, customers and vendors, invoices, bills, payments, transactions, and financial reports, including personal information contained in those records. We use the data for our bookkeeping, financial review, comparing records with bank statements, investigating discrepancies, reconciliation support, and authorized accounting updates.
AI and service providers
Selected accounting information may be processed by OpenAI services used by our AI assistant to carry out these tasks. Intuit provides the connected accounting service. Data may also be stored or processed in our authorized operating environment and by providers supporting that environment. Provider handling is subject to the applicable service terms and account settings. We do not sell QuickBooks data or use it for advertising. The website policy’s reference to advertisers does not apply to this accounting data.
Access, storage, and retention
Connection uses Intuit authorization rather than collecting your QuickBooks password. Access credentials and retained accounting exports are restricted to authorized operators. Working records may be stored locally or with supporting service providers, and accessed from locations where our business operates, including the United States and Thailand. We retain information as needed for accounting, tax, operational, and legal purposes; disconnection does not automatically erase required business records or provider-held copies.
Disconnecting and requests
An authorized QuickBooks administrator can disconnect the integration through QuickBooks’ connected-app controls. This ends further access through that connection. To request access, correction, or deletion of information retained by CODE BLUEPRINT, LLC, or help disconnecting, contact marvin@codeblueprint.co. We verify requests and delete information that is no longer needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations and provider retention rules.
