6 Page Static Website
This means that I will custom build a website for you with up to 6 unique pages of static content. This will be things like “Home”, “About Us”, “Contact”, etc. but this does not include dynamic content pages like “Blogs”, “Events”, “Products”, etc.
The difference here is that static content is content that is not intended to be changed on a regular basis. Where as dynamic content like blogs and events is content that is intended to be changed on a regular basis.
While I can definitely build dynamic content for you. It is just not included in The Blueprint Subscription. I instead offer it as an add-on which is a one time additional cost.
Hosting & Domain
The Blueprint subscription includes your hosting AND one free domain. The domain is included for as long as you are subscribed to The Blueprint Subscription.
This is roughly a $15 per month value that is included.
Google Analytics & Reports
This means that I install google analytics on your website so that we can gather data on how users interact with your website.
I then accumulate this data into a report that automatically goes out to your inbox on the first of each month. This is a great way to see how your website is working for you and helps you make informed business decisions.
Access To A Web Expert
My clients gain access to me. This means that you gain the benefits of my knowledge and experience in tech (more specifically in the web space).
I want to build long term relationships with my clients. When you succeed. I succeed. So I am happy to partner with you simply by sharing knowledge.
Essential Support
This means that if anything breaks on the website. I will fix it. You won’t have to worry about any of the technical aspects of your website. For you this means peace of mind.
Maintenance & Updates
I will keep your plugins, theme, and website all up to date to ensure things run smoothly and everything is secure.
Neglecting to update your website can cause security issues as well as website functionality errors. This is a mundane yet critical task that I handle for you.
Website Refreshments
Over time as your business grows and evolves sometimes your static content or even your design can become outdated. I provide refreshments that keep things looking their best.
This means that I will update static content and perform minor design adjustments that are necessary for keeping your image looking fresh.
This does not mean that I manage your dynamic content for you, it also does not mean that I will perform regular seasonal design changes. Website Refreshments is intended to keep your image sharp, message on point, and business information up to date.
Examples of things that are included:
1. Your business address and contact details change. I will update these for you.
2. You have staff changes and need to update your team members page.
3. You are updating your services pricing.
4. You want to adjust the layout of some content on the website
Examples of things that are not included:
1. You have different events that you want to promote each month and need to create a web page every month to promote it.
2. You want to change the colors of your website every season to match spring, summer, fall, winter.
3. You want to fully redesign your website. This would be considered a major design change that would require a custom quote.
NOTE: Often times the solution to content that needs to be updated on a more regular basis is to create what is called ‘dynamic content’. This is something that I can build for you in a way that allows you to manage and change this on your own from your website dashboard.
Copy Writing (AI Assisted)
This means that I will help write content for your website through a combination of gathering information, my own creativity, and with the help of AI.
Stock Photography
I pay for access to libraries of professional stock photography. This means that I can license any of these images to help build your website. No extra effort required from you.
Premium Plugins
I license many professional tools to build your website. As a Blueprint Subscriber you get the benefit of these licenses with no extra cost.
This is currently a $65/month value.
Technical SEO
This means that I ensure that your website is well understood and indexed by Google Search. This includes things like well structured meta tags and data. Optimized images and alt tags. And optimizing page speed.
This does not include key word targeting or content creation geared towards organic search optimization. This type of work is called “on page SEO” and is a separate service that I do not provide. But I can refer you to someone who can.
